BIRTHFIT Postpartum Series

This class will meet June 3rd-June 26th on Mondays and Wednesdays from 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM at CrossFit Liberate in Athens, GA.

The BIRTHFIT POSTPARTUM SERIES is a 4 week, 8 class fitness series designed for postpartum women to rehab and heal their core and pelvic floor, return to functional movement, heal emotionally from birth, and be in community with new moms. 

If you are at least 6 weeks postpartum (AND cleared by your provider), please join us in this one-of-a-kind postpartum rehab class. Even if you are not “newly” postpartum, but are still experiencing symptoms of core dysfunction (diastasis rectus abdominus, incontinence, pelvic floor pain, movement imbalance, etc.), this is the class for you!! 

No previous exercise experience needed.

The BIRTHFIT POSTPARTUM SERIES is a 4 week, 8 class fitness series designed for postpartum women to rehab and heal their core and pelvic floor, return to functional movement, heal emotionally from birth and be in community with new moms. 

If you are at least 6 weeks postpartum please join us in this one of a kind postpartum rehab class.
